1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hustle Kasi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Marketplace Role

Hustle Kasi acts as a marketplace platform facilitating transactions between independent sellers (vendors) and buyers. We do not own the products listed by vendors and are not a direct party to the transaction.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a vendor or a buyer on this platform, or possess legal parental or guardian consent where applicable in South Africa.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR). Hustle Kasi utilizes secure third-party payment gateways. Vendors reserve the right to modify prices before an order is confirmed.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
