Welcome to HustleKasi ("HustleKasi", "we", "our", or "us").
These Vendor Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation as a seller on the HustleKasi Marketplace.
By registering as a Vendor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, our Marketplace Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and any additional policies published on our platform.

HustleKasi integrates with Bob Go to simplify shipping and courier management.
Where Bob Go is used:
Delays caused by courier companies, weather events, strikes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery times.
While HustleKasi facilitates shipping integrations, Vendors remain responsible for:
Customer payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
HustleKasi does not store customers' complete payment card details.
Vendor payouts are processed after applicable verification, order confirmation, and any reserve or holding periods described on the platform.
Applicable marketplace commissions, transaction fees, refunds, chargebacks, or other agreed deductions may be withheld before payout.
Vendors agree to pay all applicable:
Current fee schedules are published within the Vendor Dashboard and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Vendors agree to comply with HustleKasi's Returns & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Where a customer is entitled to a return or refund, Vendors must cooperate promptly in resolving the matter.
Vendors are expected to:
Poor customer service may affect Vendor performance ratings and account status.
HustleKasi may monitor:
Consistently poor performance may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Customers may leave reviews based on genuine purchasing experiences.
Vendors may not:
HustleKasi may remove reviews that violate platform policies.
Vendors retain ownership of their trademarks, product images, and other intellectual property.
By listing products, Vendors grant HustleKasi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use listing content for operating, promoting, and improving the marketplace.
Vendors warrant that they have the necessary rights to all content they upload.
Vendors who receive customer personal information through HustleKasi must comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA").
Customer information may only be used for fulfilling marketplace transactions and providing related customer support.
Vendors must not:
Vendors are responsible for implementing reasonable safeguards to protect any personal information they process.
Vendors must not engage in:
Suspicious activity may be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
HustleKasi may suspend or terminate a Vendor account where the Vendor:
Termination does not affect obligations relating to outstanding orders, refunds, fees, or legal responsibilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, HustleKasi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Vendor's use of the marketplace.
HustleKasi does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or uninterrupted services provided by third-party payment processors, courier companies, or telecommunications providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HustleKasi, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Where a dispute arises between a Vendor and a Buyer:
If a resolution cannot be reached through the platform, the parties retain any rights they may have under applicable South African law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers or Vendors.
HustleKasi may amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective on the date specified. Continued use of the Vendor account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa, unless applicable legislation provides otherwise.
